RBPS 12(iv) OPTION 3 COMPLIANCE

Option 3 of RBPS 12(iv) allows high-risk chemical facilities to use electronic readers to electronically verify and validate the affected individuals’ TWICs.

MozaicID MCR

- Checks TWIC expiration

- Checks TWIC against the Cancelled Card List (CCL)

- Validates TWIC trust by TSA

- Validates TWIC issuance by TSA

TWIC

- All background vetting is completed by TSA through the TWIC application process

- Overall lower cost on employee/contractor background vetting with the price of a TWIC

- TWIC is valid for 5 years and includes TSA Pre-Check

 

Cancelled Card List (CCL)

- The CCL validates if a credential is in good standing

- The MozaicID MCR checks all credentials against the CCL without connectivity required

- MozaicID’s MCR downloads the current CCL via encrypted handshake and notifies the user through red light/green light processes.

- Validate TWIC against the CCL 24/7 at Any Location

Reporting

- All reporting is archived, organized, and formatted as required by USCG and TSA electronically through the MozaicID Portal.

- Maintains system integrity and relieves IT network connectivity concerns

- Administrator secure access to reports 24/7 from any PC
