The MCR V3 is TSA QTL-listed, aligned to the USCG TWIC Reader Rule, MTSA, and verifies credentials without needing a network connection at the point of read.
Verification runs on the device, so remote perimeters, pierside checkpoints, and unmanned gates don't depend on connectivity.
